Deep Rebalancing Massage

The Panizo Rebalancing Massage method is a bodywork method that combines deep tissue massage, muscle stretching, joint release, flexibility exercises, the use of rocking techniques from the Trager method, postural integration, and myofascial techniques.

Our mental and emotional state can be read in our bodies. Our emotional states, whether stressed, excited, repressed, or otherwise, will be reflected in characteristic muscular patterns and postures.

If these situations continue longer than normal, the connective tissue—a continuous network throughout the body—can become permanently deformed and tense.
As a result, we become fixed in rigid, uncomfortable, and aesthetically unfavorable postures.

Perception

Some people perceive it as pain in their back, hips, or feet; others as chronic fatigue and low energy.

Those who, in their work or leisure time, perform actions that require flexibility and coordination often complain of a lack of elasticity or limited movement.

What they all have in common is the feeling of not being in optimal condition and that, perhaps, the symptoms they perceive could be mere manifestations of much more complex causes.

Our body tends to adapt to the different situations that arise in life with postural changes and compensations.

What the Session Entails

The session is a sequence of carefully performed manipulations adapted to each person’s needs.

Deep, precise pressure is applied to different parts of the body, using deep massage and joint release techniques to restore elasticity to the tissue, thus restoring fiber length and achieving better alignment of the body’s structure. To achieve this, and to prevent results from being merely temporary, the session takes into account all of the body’s structures, and not only works on injured or symptomatic areas.

To explore the method in more depth, it is recommended to take a series of sessions, weekly or every two weeks, although individual sessions can be taken, as they are complete in themselves.
