Alberto Panizo
I have been working in my office in Barcelona and training therapists in Craniosacral Osteopathy for over 30 years.
I trained in Craniosacral Therapy at the International Institute for Craniosacral Balancing® (Switzerland) in 1994 and hold a degree in Osteopathy from the Real Centro Universitario María Cristina, affiliated with the Complutense University of Madrid.
In addition to my clinical practice, I train therapists in Craniosacral Osteopathy and other disciplines related to the body, trauma, and deep listening.
I lived in India for several years, where I integrated knowledge of meditation, Ayurvedic philosophy, yoga, and specialized approaches to the treatment of trauma and chronic stress.

Customer Testimonials
Yolanda Siles
Businesswoman (Alicante)
I've enjoyed every minute of this week, and what I've learned is just what I needed to complement what little I already know about this therapy. If there's one thing I have to emphasize after receiving all these sessions, it's that "sooner or later everything works out." Thank you, it's been very nice.

I loved that such an important part of our body as the skull, spine, and sacrum, so delicate and so problematic, can be worked on without aggression or rough handling. Being able to feel the movement, rhythm, and sensations of the other person impressed me, and at the same time, my curiosity to know more grew.

For me, the experience of receiving Craniosacral sessions has been very varied. I mean, each time I've had a session, I've felt different things. First and foremost, it's given me the opportunity to relax and trust (something that always benefits me). Sometimes it's helped me release pent-up emotions, other times it's dissolved accumulated tension, especially in my head and neck. It's confirmed to me that sometimes the most subtle touch can be the most profound.
